Hospital Manager

Brooke

Brooke

With over a decade in the veterinary field, Brooke brings a wealth of experience from general practice to rehabilitation and emergency medicine. After spending five years at another Rocklin Parks practice in Auburn, she’s now here, passionately supporting our team and fostering strong connections with our clients and their pets. When she’s not at the hospital, you can find Brooke cheering on her daughter at softball games, paddleboarding on Lake Natoma, or hanging out with her many pets at home.

KJ has always had a knack for caring. Whether it's for humans or animals she's always been involved. KJ started working with animals at the age of 12, volunteering her weekends to work at Apex Farms. She continued her love for animals volunteering at wildlife rescues and then going onto Carrington College. Her life then took a different path, as she went on to caregive for elderly and disabled adults, but now she has found her way back to her true calling, animals! KJ currently has a shihtzu-maltese named Squish. In her free time you most likely will find her laughing at something, enjoying a walk, taking some nature photos, or singing her heart out.

Sherri

Sherri
RVT

Sherri brings over 35 years of experience to Bayside Animal Hospital, both in private practice and high-volume spay/neuter with her work at local animal shelters.

She has a special interest in dentistry and geriatrics and has a soft spot for the spicy kitties!
 
She shares her life with her husband of 32 years and their rescue cat, Kiki, who is a survivor of the Paradise fire. In her down time she enjoys cross stitching, listening to Sammy Hagar and planning her next trip to Cabo.

Sarah

Sarah
RVT

Sarah has recently joined the Bayside team with over twp decades of veterinary experience! She has been a Registered Veterinary Technician since 2006, and has worked in Primate medicine at UC Davis before making the switch to companion animal medicine in 2014. Her favorite parts of veterinary medicine are anesthesia, surgery, and dentistry; she loves using her knowledge and compassion to help your pets in their most intense times of need.

When she’s not at work, Sarah enjoys reading, gardening, and online gaming.

Dajean

RVT

Dajean has been a registered veterinary technician for over 15 years. She is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have three kids together. Their family includes two cats and two dogs. She is in love with veterinary medicine, and remains grateful that she gets to care for pets everyday. Her special interests in the field include dentistry and anesthesia.

Madison comes to us with several year's of experience in both general practice and rehab, where she's found her passion. You'll find her here in the hospital working closely with Dr. Hansen during your pet's rehab visits, and on the general practice side either running rooms or monitoring anesthesia. 

Faith

Veterinary Assistant

Faith joined the Bayside team with a passion for veterinary care and a particular expertise in handling even the most challenging feline patients. Her gentle yet confident approach ensures that every pet, no matter their temperament, receives the highest level of care. Outside of work, Faith is a devoted pet parent to a senior Labrador Retriever and a Bulldog. Her love for animals and dedication to their well-being make her an invaluable asset to both the team and the clients at Bayside.

Natalie

Veterinary Assistant

Natalie is a veterinary assistant currently in school at Carrington College in their veterinary technician program. Natalie also believes strongly in giving back to the community, and regularly volunteers with feline spay and neuter clinics.

Natalie’s favorite part of vet med is helping patients feel safe and comfortable. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two Labradors and wake-surfing at the lake.

Erik Christiansen

Dr. Erik Christiansen
Veterinarian

Dr Erik Christiansen graduated from CSU Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Thereafter he obtained his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine fom UC Davis in June 2023. He spent a lot of time working at the Sacramento SPCA in their shelter medicine program. He is a native Californian. His professional interests include preventative and emergency medicine as well as surgery.

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his fiance' , 2 dogs and 4 cats! He enjoys playing board games with friends and family, as well as camping. He joined the Bayside team in July 2023

Kelsey Hansen

Dr. Kelsey Hansen
DVM, CVAT, CCRT

Dr. Kelsey Hansen is a 2017 UC Davis graduate. After starting in general practice, she became passionate about pain management and decided to become a Certified Veterinary Acupuncture Therapist (CVAT). She is also working on attaining her Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapy Title, so she can provide the best care for painful or mobility restricted patients. 

Dr. Hansen lives locally with her family and 3 cats. Together they enjoy time outdoors when the weather is nice, and family game nights. 

Dr. Hansen is offering acupuncture consultations and acupuncture therapy appointments.

 

Gabriella Greene-Dittz

Dr. Gabriella Greene-Dittz
Veterinarian

Dr. Gabriella Greene-Dittz is ready to meet you and your beloved pets! She is a born and raised Californian, originally from the East Bay in Oakland. She always has had a love for animals, but didn’t start pursuing her veterinary career until a little later in life. She graduated from the joint veterinary medicine program at  Utah State University and Washington State University, go Cougs! Dr. Gabi’s most recent accomplishment is completing an intensive Rotating Equine Medicine Internship at Loomis Basin Equine Medical Center here in Penryn, CA. She practices with both small and large animals and has special interests in surgery, feline medicine, end-of-life care, ophthalmology, and toxicology. 

When Dr. Gabi isn’t working she’s likely to be found paddle boarding on the lake, hiking, re-potting her too-numerous plants, or painting (or napping) in the park. Her home is shared with her partner and gentle kitties, Pascual and Grey, who adore food and aggressive belly rubs.
